For the days you selected, you will receive reminders to submit your sugar reading 4 times/day. Follow the link to enter your reading. In addition, 3 times per week you will receive other messages around diabetes education, nutrition, exercise, and support.

The program will begin the next day after you complete the enrollment form.

You can access the readings page and all other links from a phone, a tablet or a PC – anything that can go to the Internet.

You can access the page via Wi-Fi. If you do not have access to Wi-Fi and must use data, this page uses extremely little data and will not have a significant impact on your data usage.

The system doesn’t care if it is upper or lower case.  Do not include the quotes. Do not include anything else in the message.

What if I need to send in my reading at a different time.2018-10-26T20:10:55+00:00

Just text “SUGAR” to 53016. It will send you the link again.

The only way to see the web pages is to click the link. It is not a requirement, but you’ll get more out of the program if you do.

It is possible that your phone plan is blocking short numbers, like 53016. Try texting the word HELP to the number 53016. If you do not receive a response, you may need to contact your carrier.
